Very easy to grow, and a beautiful addition to the garden. Golden Flax reaches about 24” tall by early summer, and blooms with the most delicate of sky-blue flowers. Each flower lasts but a single morning, it’s petals falling before the heat of mid-day. There are plenty of new flowers in waiting, enough for quite a few morning displays. Each flower develops into a seed ball, each one containing a dozen or so flax seeds. Harvest the whole stalk when the seed balls turn yellow, and hang under cover to dry fully. 200+ seeds
