I was so impressed by this amaranth while visiting Dan Jason and Salt Spring Seeds that I had to bring some back to grow. Large yields of seed harvested from brilliant red plants. The seeds are a mix of black, brown and white, and are among the tastiest and best textured that I’ve ever eaten.
