Borage

New for 2023 - Borago officinalis - Annual herb. Good for your courage, I'm told. The whole plant is edible. The flowers taste like cucumber, and are delightful in salads and drinks. Excellent food source for pollinators, and a source of leafy material for composting and mulching.  Easy to grow almost anywhere that has moist yet well draining soil.
