C. maxima - Smooth blue-grey skin and thick, sweet and very flavourful orange flesh. Fairly small seed cavity. The roasting was of course delicious, but the real revelation was grating and dehydrating the squash. Similar in texture to dry shredded coconut, powder in a coffee grinder for adding sweet squash flavour to recipes. 20 seeds
