(Pole) After hearing several foodie friends talk about this variety, I had to try growing it. One of the tastiest beans I've come across yet! The short green pods are dense and meaty, with a shiny finish (hence "greasy"). An old Appalachian heirloom, once rare but becoming better known in recent years. Vigourous climbing vines loaded with pods. Later maturing than most pole beans. 40+ seeds (12g)
