Ho Chi Minh Golden Cayenne Pepper

New for 2025 - Early and prolific. These plants are loaded with dozens of golden yellow fruit; 4-5" long and tapering to a point. Very hot, but with a bright and fruity flavour. Rated at 30,000 scoville units, about the same as classic red cayenne. Our most productive hot pepper in 2024. These seeds were brought to Minnesota by Vietnamese refugees in the 1980s. They were shared with local farmer Steven Schwen, who grew them and sent them along to Fedco Seeds. 25 seeds
