Musan Soybean

Beautiful beige and black striped seeds, with a distinctive black spot on their side. Great as a dry bean, equally good in the green edamame stage. Tall branching plants are very productive. A bit later to mature than most of our soy varieties, they were one of our final varieties to dry down in the field for a mid-October harvest. Collected by Dr. Randall Ireson in North Korea, and brought to North America in 1998. 30-50 seeds (12g)
