New for 2026 - Salsola kamarovii - Succulent and crunchy. This annual green has been cultivated for many years in Japan, and grows wild on beach dunes in Japan, Korea and the far east of Russia. It's name translates as 'land seaweed'.

Transplant Outdoors after risk of frost

Soil Well draining, yet moist. Tolerant of poor fertility, their natural habitat are sand dunes after all. Typical garden soil will be just fine for them.
