Texicoa Sorghum

New for 2024 - Sorghum bicolor - Compact dwarf sorghum, with stalks about 4’ tall (compared to 8’ for most of our other sorghum varieties). The large white grains are easy to thresh and winnow. Perfect for grinding into a soft gluten-free flour similar to oat flour, or use them as a popping grain. The matured easily in our notoriously soggy 2023 growing season. 100 seeds
