B. rapa - Mild and tender asian mustard, this one reminds me of a mustard trying really hard to be a lettuce. The large ruffled leaves are tender and sweet, and they don’t turn bitter or mustard-y in warm weather. They make a great base for salads, and also good sautéed like bok choy. Cold hardy and fast growing. Best planted in late summer for fall and winter harvests. 250 seeds (1 g)
