New for 2025 - Cornus mas - From a mix of red and yellow fruiting parents. Large shrub in the dogwood family, reaching 15-20' tall. They have bright yellow flowers first thing in the spring, followed by fruit in late summer. The fruit are bitter until perfectly ripe, when they're ready they're delicious (like sour candy). Hardy little guys, with no significant pests or diseases. Seeds have a long dormancy, will likely take a full year to germinate. Limited supply

Growing Info
Stratification Seeds have a long dormancy period, requiring 16 weeks warm stratification followed by 16 weeks cold stratification. Steph has had success simply planting them in a bed in the spring, and forgetting about them until the following spring.
Spacing 10' between trees will form a hedge, further if you want a specimen tree
Soil requirements Not picky, as long as it's well draining
