Espelette Pepper

New for 2025 - Bright red fruit are mildly hot. From the town of Espelette in the French Basque territory. They are traditionally strung into large bundles and dried in the late summer sun. I found in Nova Scotia they matured a little late for outdoor drying, but they dried nicely beside our wood stove in the fall. 25 Seeds
