Rainbow Inca Sweet Corn

Back again! Multi-coloured sweet corn, bred by Dr. Alan Kapuler of Oregon from a mixture of colourful sweet corn parents. Not a super sweet variety. Best for fresh eating when the kernels are young and white, after the colours have fully developed they're more starchy. They're a good addition to soups at the colourful mature stage. 75 seeds
