Tokyo Market Salad Turnip

New for 2025 - Sweet crispy summer turnips, the closest we've found to the beloved (yet hybrid) hakurei. 30-40 days to harvest. Snack on the raw, slice them into salads or pan fry them. The greens can be fermented. Juicy and sweet, even more so when grown in cool weather.
