Tall Utah Celery

The classic celery; thick, crisp, medium-green stalks and flavourful leaves. For long white stalks, the plants can be blanched in the garden by wrapping with newspaper after they reach maturity, but about 3 weeks before harvest. Grown by our friend Erika on the Eastern Shore, the seeds originally came to her from Cochrane Family Farm of Stewiacke Valley. So this is a strain well adapted to life in Nova Scotia, having grown here for years. 500+ seeds
