Spanish Red Thyme

New for 2025 - Thymus zygis - Short upright perennial thyme native to Iberia and Morocco. Tough and drought tolerant plants. Small white flowers are a favourite of bees. Very strong and spicy! Steph made a wonderful infused honey with the fresh cut stems.
