Essential for any kitchen garden. We're constantly experimenting with new herb species, seeing which ones will thrive in our Atlantic Canada climate. Many culinary herbs are also helpful medicinals (food is medicine after all) and pollinator flowers (Tulsi, Lemon Bergamot and Anise Hyssop are especially good bee plants).
