Ba-Ye-Qi Sorghum

Sorghum bicolor - Originally hailing from Inner Mongolia. This is one of the earliest sorghum varieties we've encountered yet. They reliably ripen for us in the Annapolis Valley from a June 1 direct sowing, although other parts of Canada with shorter growing seasons would still be wise to transplant. The plump reddish seeds are easy to process by hand. A top choice for grain production. 100+ seeds (2 g)
