Ruta graveolens - aka Common Rue, Herb-of-Grace. Hardy and drought tolerant woody perennial native to the mediterranean. 3' tall. It has a long history of medicinal use, and was once used as a culinary herb (tastes have seemingly changed). Beautiful ferny sage-grey evergreen leaves, topped with yellow flowers in summer.
