New for 2024 - C. pepo - Golden wonderfruit! Produces an abundance of multipurpose golden zucchini. They're good picked young and tender as a summer squash, but what sets this variety apart is the fully mature fruit are tasty and great for drying to enjoy through the winter months. We grate or slice then dehydrate to add to soups and stews through the winter. We also grind and powder the dried fruit to sub for part of any flour called for in a recipe - breads, muffins, pancakes - or to thicken broths. Wonderfully diverse leaf shapes and colours.
