New for 2024 - Mentha pulegium - This perennial stunner is a hotbed for pollinators. Richly aromatic greenery about 2' in height with 1-2" lavender-purple whorls of bloom. They have the potential to spread (although not as prolifically as some of their mint relatives). Native to Europe and the Mediterranean basin. Traditionally used as a tea or steam as a decongestant. However it can be toxic in large doses, and it generally isn't used medicinally today.
