New for 2026 - Bunium bulbocastanum - aka Great Pignut. Edible perennial. This carrot family member grows to 3' with slender stems topped with white umbel flowers. Small nutty edible tubers grow underground among the roots. They can be eaten raw, but are best roasted. The fresh leaves are eaten like parsley. The seeds are very flavourful and used as a spice comparable to cumin. 60 seeds
