Melfort Rutabaga

B. napus - Green-shouldered heirloom from Newfoundland, with yellow flesh and full, sweet flavour. A very good keeper that lasts through the winter and even into early summer with little deterioration. Our neighbour Katherine has been growing this variety and savings seeds for a number of years, for her table and to feed her sheep. Both human and sheep approved! 250 seeds (1 g)
