B. rapa - aka: Rapini. This relative of broccoli forms small, deep-green heads loaded with nutrients and flavour. Both the heads and young leaves are eaten, I like them lightly steamed or in stir-fries. Best planted in August for a fall crop, I find spring-sown rapini tends to flower too early and not form proper florets. 250 seeds (1 g)
