Hidatsa Soybean

Our earliest maturing edamame. Light green seeds produced on compact plants (18-24" tall). Along with Shirofumi it's one of my favourites for our personal food growing. Not quite as productive as Shirofumi, but significantly earlier, with slightly smaller beans. The pods tend to mature all at once on the plants, which make it easy to pick lots for freezing. 30-50 seeds (12g)
