New for 2025 - B. oleracea - Sweet, crispy, medium-sized orbs, 3-4" across. Dark purple skin with white flesh. They stay succulent even as they get older. We've been growing and enjoying this variety for years now. It's a rather scant seed producer, so I'm happy to report we finally have enough seed that we can offer it! Kohlrabi is best grown in the fall in my opinion. Plant in July or August for perfect sized bulbs by late September and October. 70+ seeds (0.35 g)

Sowing Can be direct sown, but I like to start them indoors and transplant out
Timing Best grown in the cool weather of spring or fall. Late July sowing equals perfect sized bulbs for November harvest and winter storage.
