Espelette Hot Pepper

Bright red fruit are mildly hot. From the town of Espelette in the French Basque territory. They are traditionally strung into large bundles and dried in the late summer sun. I found in Nova Scotia they matured a little late for outdoor drying, but they dried nicely beside our wood stove in the fall. 25 Seeds
