Mountain Mint

Pycnanthemum pilosum - Bushy perennial, with branching stalks that reach about 3’ tall. White flowers and slender, strongly scented leaves. Use them fresh or dried. Unlike most mint species, Mountain Mint doesn’t have spreading rhizomes, instead forming a perennial clump. Native to eastern North America (Appalachian Mountains).
