Piracicaba Broccoli

B. oleracea - Heat tolerant non-heading variety. The main attraction is the plethora of tender side shoots that keep regrowing when cut. Harvests start mid-summer and can continue right into fall. Originally from Brazil, they don’t mind hot summer weather. Can be sown in the spring, or start them in August/September and overwinter for extra early harvests the following year. I love them salted and lightly sauteed. 100+ seeds (0.5 g)
