Taiwanese Sword Choy Lettuce

New for 2025 - aka A-Choy - Amazing plants, with open heads of huge strapping leaves. As salad lettuce, they have a similar crunch to romaine but more nutty in flavour. What's really unique is that they're delicious in stir-fries, which is how they're used in Taiwanese cuisine. Very hardy, they do well in both cold weather and summer heat.
