New for 2025 - Short bushy plants topped with clusters of thin red peppers. Very hot! They make awesome hot sauce, and also dry easily. Impressively productive, the fruit ripened early and despite their small size developed into a hefty harvest. 25 seeds

Grown by Annapolis Seeds

Growing Info
Sowing Start seeds indoors early Spring. I start mine early March. Grow lights and a heat pad (for germination) are big helps!
Transplant outdoors After the risk of frost, and the nighttime temperatures are staying warm. Early to mid June for us
Spacing 18-24" between plants, about 36" between rows
Harvest Fruits ripen from green to red starting in late summer.
Tip Cover up plants with plastic or woven sheets during early fall frosts to extend their season. If the plants still have unripe fruit as cold weather approaches, the whole plant can be chopped and hung indoors to continue ripening.
Soil Well draining, medium to rich fertility. Avoid excess nitrogen, which can promote leaves at the expense of fruit.
Light Full sun
Life cycle Annual (tropical perennial)
