Tromboncino Squash

C. moschata - The eccentric sibling of butternut. The long curly fruit are among the most delicious summer squash to be found. More dense and fine-textured than the average zucchini. When fully mature the tan-orange fruit make a decent winter squash, though not as delicious as their butternut relatives. Long rambling vines can be immensely productive.
