Dry Peas

The kind for soups and savoury dishes. Dry peas are an awesome homegrown protein source. Just allow to plants to fully mature and dry down in the garden. Any kind of pea can be dried on the vine of course (that’s how we save seeds), but soup peas are usually extra productive.
