New for 2026 - Clinopodium thymifolium - Balkan Mint hails from the mountains of southern Europe. Highly aromatic, the small leaves are deeply minty in their own distinct flavour. Use them any way you would mint. Drought tolerant plants form low-growing clumps. No rhizome spreading, unlike many types of mint. Mature plants are 1-2' high and similar across. Abundant white flowers are loved by bees, and surprisingly showy for humans. Deer resistant. Hardy to zone 5. 100+ seeds
