New for 2026 - Leafy variety of amaranth, the leaves (or whole stems) are picked in the younger stages of growth. Most tender when smaller than 24". Popular in the Caribbean as a cooked green, stewed with spices and meat. All amaranth is edible in the young leafy stage, but this one is extra prolific and tender.
