Cuisse de Poulet du Poitou Shallot

New for 2026 - Allium cepa - This variety also goes by the name Zebrune. Long tapered bulbs with pink blushed skins. They're sweet and flavourful, and exceptional winter keepers. If properly cured they can last in the pantry well into the following season. Originally hailing from the region of Poitou in western France, Steph was gifted these seeds by Patrice Fortier, who has grown them in Quebec for years.
