New for 2026 - Inula magnifica - aka Showy Elecampane, Giant Fleabane. Tall perennial with lush foliage topped by bright yellow flowers. 4-5' tall. The flowers have the most delightful scent; lightly resinous and earthy-citrusy. Overall a magnificent being! They thrive in damp soil and waterside gardens, and also in meadow style plantings in more dry soil. Related to the classic medicinal Elecampane (Inula helenium), although as far as I can tell the roots of Magnificent Elecampane aren't used medicinally.
