New for 2026 - Bunias orientalis - Perennial vegetable that deserves to be better known. Very hardy, they thrive even in poor soil and their deep taproot makes them resilient in drought. We harvest the tender florets each spring, you can eat them just like you would broccoli raab or rapini. Any florets you don't pick will grow into beautiful yellow flowers, reaching 3-4 feet by mid summer. Long lived plants that will come back for many years. Said to be resistant to deer and rabbits. They regrow from small root pieces, which makes them difficult to move once established. Place them with long term intention. 40+ seeds
