Cyclanthera pedata - aka; Bolivian Cucumber. Always a garden highlight. Long sprawling vines covered in tender yet spiky green fruit. Delicious eaten out of hand when small and tender, the more developed fruit are good stuffed like peppers. The taste is similar to cucumber; green and summer-y. We planted these alongside our corn and sunflowers, the vines climbed all through the stalks and formed a low maintenance edible jungle. 20 seeds
