Perennials & Biennials

While vegetables are food for the body, flowers are food for the soul. And for beneficial insects too! I've come to love growing flowers in among my food crops. Their presence not only brightens the garden but feeds a myriad of pollinators. From wild bees and butterflies to hover flies and ladybugs (fun fact: ladybugs rely on pollen and nectar during periods of few aphids)
